Our Bead Blasting prepares the surface like aluminium and stainless steel, using blast mediums that contain no silica or free metals.
Bead Blasting will get rid of any contamination on stainless steel especially after welding.
We can also do a Vapor blast where machined parts or gears will have the same measurements as before, but it will look brand new.

We do spray painting on all items that you need to be painted and we also specialize in 2k painting.
We do all primer to steel.
Edge primer
Final coats in QD colours, 2k paint which is longer lasting.
Caboline paints for epoxy is also done on special requests according to the micron thicknesses
Furthermore, we can do powder coating.
We, unfortunately, do not work with zinc paint.
We specialize in industrial cleaning chemicals like degreaser, acid brite, truck wash. We also cater to clients looking for tyre silicone, wash n wax.
Lastly, we do household chemicals like dishwashing liquids, ammonia cleaner, tile cleaners.

Shot blasting

Sandblasting
Shot blasting is done on all new fabrications to eliminate all oil and dirt on the steel. This will ensure that the paint will bond better and the surface.
Shot blasting is also used to take off all old paint back to bare metals.
